We’re inviting a small, intentional group of patients to help shape the foundation of a new kind of endometriosis community.

This is a physician-led space designed to provide clinically grounded education, reduce confusion, and create a supportive environment for navigating care.

As a Founding Member, you will have early access to the platform, help shape the tone and experience of the community, and receive complimentary access during this initial phase.

We will be selecting a diverse group of members across different stages of their journey to ensure a well-rounded and supportive environment. While most questions below are optional, more detailed responses will help us thoughtfully curate a balanced founding group.
