At The Offices of Dr. Chandra Spring-Robinson, our care is intentionally different. We are a specialized women’s health and endometriosis practice, and each visit is designed to be focused, thoughtful, and individualized.

Our appointments often involve complex histories, sensitive discussions, in-office procedures, and detailed treatment planning. To care for every patient with the same level of attention, we structure our schedule with set appointment durations and a clear approach to timing.

Appointment Durations

To maintain consistency and fairness, all visits are scheduled for a defined timeframe:

• New Patient Consultations: 20 minutes

• Hysteroscopic Procedures: 20 minutes

• Annuals, Follow-Ups, and Colposcopies: 10 minutes

• Ultrasound Procedures: 30 minutes

These visit lengths allow us to review your history, address your key concerns, and create a thoughtful plan of care. If more time is needed, we will schedule an additional visit to continue the conversation.

Delays & Flexibility

While our team works very hard to stay on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Complex or urgent cases that require extended evaluation

• Emergency hospital or surgical care

• Team or system availability

We encourage all patients to plan for the possibility of delays. Every patient, including you, receives the same level of compassion, focus, and care.

Respecting Shared Time

Many of our patients wait several months for their appointment. To help us honor everyone’s visit:

• Please arrive on time and prepared
