Supplements & Supportive Care
Comprehensive Care Does Not Stop at the Operating Room
Supplements are one of many tools we may use to support patients thoughtfully and responsibly.
At the Offices of Chandra Spring-Robinson, DO FACOG, supplements are used as supportive tools, not as treatment replacements. Our approach is grounded in personalization, clinical judgment, and integration with expert gynecologic and surgical care.
Here we explain how supplements fit into care at our practice, how patients and non-patients may access them, and what to expect.
Our Clinical Philosophy
Gynecologic and hormonal conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, and menopause are complex and highly individualized. Supplement recommendations should never be generic, protocol-driven, or based on online trends.
At our practice, supplements are considered only as part of a broader, individualized care strategy. Recommendations are informed by symptoms, medical history, prior treatments, and clinical assessment. Supplement plans may evolve over time as patient needs change.
We do not publish supplement protocols, dosing schedules, or standardized plans because doing so does not reflect how comprehensive gynecologic care should be delivered.
Why Personalization Matters
Online supplement advice often oversimplifies complex conditions and can delay appropriate evaluation or treatment.
Personalized supplement plans help ensure that recommendations:
Align with medical and surgical care
Support long-term outcomes
Do not mask symptoms that require further evaluation
When clinically appropriate, our office develops individualized supplement plans for patients with a range of gynecologic and hormonal concerns, including:
Endometriosis
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
Menopause and perimenopause
Vaginal microbiome concerns and recurrent vaginitis
Select nutrient imbalances
Because each condition presents differently in each patient, supplement recommendations are always individualized and integrated into a comprehensive care plan.
