Gabrielle (“Gabby”) Pascua brings empathy, insight, and unwavering attention to detail to every patient encounter. As both a certified medical scribe and medical assistant, she plays a vital role in helping Dr. Spring-Robinson capture each patient’s story with both accuracy and understanding.
Her journey into women’s health was personal. Like so many others, Gabby heard familiar phrases when she spoke about her own pain: “That’s just part of being a woman.” “Maybe you’re just stressed.” Those experiences inspired her commitment to creating a different kind of healthcare environment—one where patients are validated, respected, and never made to question the reality of their symptoms.

For Gabby, women’s health is as much about trust as it is about treatment. She sees her role as a bridge between patients and physician, ensuring that every detail of a patient’s story is documented with precision, compassion, and context.
Working alongside Dr. Spring-Robinson, she has witnessed how empathy and evidence-based medicine come together to change lives. Each day, she helps support women through their journeys toward healing, from the first consultation to surgery and beyond, ensuring that no patient ever feels alone in the process.

What sets this practice apart, Gabby believes, is the shared sense of purpose. Every team member recognizes the weight of what patients carry—years of pain, misdiagnosis, and uncertainty—and meets it with genuine care.
“We’ve seen women walk through our doors at their lowest and watched them bloom into hope,” she says. “Our team is here for all of it: the listening, the healing, and the celebrating.”
Outside of the clinic, Gabby enjoys theater, crochet, and puzzles, small creative acts that mirror her love for connection and problem-solving. Whether she is helping patients piece together their medical histories or helping the team stay organized behind the scenes, she approaches it all with thoughtfulness and heart.
