Clinical Nutritionist & Clinical Research Manager
From Endo Warrior to Member of the Care Team
For nearly 28 years, Savannah Regensburger searched for answers to symptoms that were ultimately caused by endometriosis. Like many women, she experienced years of dismissal, misdiagnosis, and being told that her pain was normal.
Her journey changed when she became a patient of Dr. Chandra Spring-Robinson. For Savannah, finding a physician who listened, believed what she was experiencing, and helped uncover the source of her symptoms was life-changing.
Today, joining Dr. Spring-Robinson’s practice represents a full-circle moment. Savannah brings together her lived experience as an Endo Warrior with her professional background in neuroscience, clinical nutrition, and research to help other women navigate journeys that she understands personally.
“Every woman deserves answers. My goal is to help patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to understand their bodies and take the next step forward.”
Nutrition as Part of Whole-Woman Care
As a Clinical Nutritionist, Savannah provides evidence-informed nutrition support as one component of Dr. Spring-Robinson’s multidisciplinary approach to women’s health.
She works with patients navigating endometriosis, hormonal conditions, fertility concerns, chronic pelvic pain, and other complex health needs. Her goal is not to prescribe a single “endometriosis diet,” but to help each patient better understand her individual needs and identify practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies that can support her broader care plan.
Savannah believes patients should leave their visits with more than information. She wants women to feel heard, understand the why behind recommendations, and have realistic tools they can actually incorporate into their lives.
“When I sit across from a patient, I don’t just understand the science behind her symptoms. I understand the lived experience.”
Caring for Women Today. Building Better Care for Tomorrow.
Savannah also serves as Clinical Research Manager, helping Dr. Spring-Robinson develop and advance research initiatives in endometriosis and women’s health.
For Savannah, research and patient care are deeply connected. Endometriosis remains an area where important questions are still unanswered, and she is passionate about helping build the evidence needed to improve how women are diagnosed, treated, and supported.
Her dual role allows her to contribute to both sides of that mission: supporting the woman sitting in front of her today while helping investigate questions that could improve care for women tomorrow.
Outside of the practice, Savannah is active in women’s health advocacy, education, and public speaking. She enjoys strength training, yoga, spending time outdoors with her husband, and life with her dog, appropriately named Matcha after one of her favorite things.
